On a large estate in
east hampton village the
"great lawn" affords you the opportunity to
create a border garden at the edge of the pool terrace
with a breath taking depth of lawn and distant border
plantings as the backdrop beyond the yew hedges.
We created a traditional english (mixed) perennial border
using extensive varieties of perennials all in pink,
blue, violet and purple hues. Before choosing the varieties
we create a timeline charting the bloom sequence to
assure sequential bloom throughout the season. All summer
long the garden borders the pool terrace with exquisite
color. |
