On what was once a lost corner on an estate in East
Hampton Village we were asked to create a natural garden
as a transitional path from the pool area to the great
lawn.
Using large specimen tree hydrangea, "Blood-good"
Japanese maple, dwarf conifers and grasses you are teased
to enter the stepping stone path. The path itself is
covered in irish moss, Ajuga, and Thyme Steppables.
The subtle color are cool and the dappled shade under
the trees are a welcome relief in the heat of summer. |
